Intern Marketing Operations - Production

The Team:

The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is part of the global demand generation org, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.

The Role:

Celonis is seeking a passionate, process-minded Marketing Operations Intern. In this role you report to one of the Marketing Operations’ Senior Managers and work closely with Marketing Operations, Brand Office, Content Marketing and other production teams. Celonis is a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and you will be instrumental in establishing new systems to help further scale and drive the fast-growing production needs.

The work you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to introduce and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the production teams


• Assist in managing and maintaining a detailed and accurate production data tracking system, ensuring a high level of precision


• Help generate reports that reflect current production metrics


• Monitor the day-to-day health of our production engine by ensuring that processes are operating smoothly


• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.


• Assist in organizing meetings and preparing presentations


• Contribute to exciting team initiatives focused on launching new tools and systems to further automate the production process

The qualifications you need:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• You are highly organized and have experience managing projects 


• You are ideally familiar with project management software and tools (e.g. Monday.com etc.)


• You are an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and have a good understanding of the production lifecycle


• You are reliable, trustworthy, and can operate with a high degree of autonomy


• You demonstrate excellent attention to detail


• You are a fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly


• You are fluent in English
