Arbeitsbeschreibung - Junior Business Development / Sales M&A - Internship (m/w/d)

You work on tasks of the M&A origination process; from initial contact to the signing of the mandate contract
You assist in identifying and initially approaching transaction-oriented companies
You develop pitch presentations and documents
You identify strategists and investors
You coordinate the approach to buyers
You maintain our CRM system and check the data sets
You conduct market research and create industry, company, and competitive analyses

You are currently studying business administration, economics, or a similar subject with a focus on corporate finance and achieving very good grades, or you have recently completed your studies with outstanding success
You have already gained initial experience in sales/business development or in the corporate finance area and have a strong interest in selling complex services
You have excellent people skills and impress with your consulting and communication competencies, sales talent, and confident demeanor
You excel in analytical, conceptual, and communicative abilities, as well as demonstrated team spirit
You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
You speak fluent German and English. Additional qualified foreign language skills are highly welcome
