• Completed scientific studies or vocational training
• Experience in performing molecular biological work
• First (work) experience in biotechnology advantageous
• Interest in implementing laboratory results into product development/application
• Creative, uncomplicated and pragmatic 
• Enjoy working independently in dynamic project teams in a scientific research environment
• hands-on mentality
• Agile and efficient in both small and medium-sized teams
• Very good communication skills and willingness to proactively communicate in all directions (project team, cooperation partners, "up and down")
