Avis Greece is seeking a dedicated Car Procurement Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the acquisition and transfer of vehicles. This position involves ensuring smooth operations between departments, public authorities, and suppliers to maintain our fleet's efficiency and availability.
🎯 Your Mission:
- Communicates with customers under products “Leasing or Option to Buy”
- Ensures the correct and timely execution of the car’s transfer of ownership
- Ensures the process of immobilization and de-immobilization of our company's vehicles
- Be responsible for any procedure between our company and public authorities
- Ensures good collaboration between our division and other departments of the company
- Keeps up to date our company's information system
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries
- Coordinate communication with suppliers and follow up to ensure delivery of product for both registered pre purchased cars and system orders
- Maintain System Information so as to Communicate with sales department delivery issues

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.A master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
- Experience: 2 years of working experience in similar position
- Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
- Technical Skills: Excellent command of MS-Office applications
- Communication and Organization: Strong communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
