Job Description - Digital Marketing Lead

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for the successful planning and execution of the digital marketing management and strategy of Obrela. The ideal candidate combines sharp technical skills with an acute commercial mindset managing the marketing driven results on a global level. The role reports to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Marketing Director to establish the digital marketing strategy and funnel of Obrela for all countries and customer segments.
  • Manages all digital properties of the company including corporate website obrela.com and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). This includes content management and updates,  Wordpress CMS, organic and paid activities, to be in line with the departmental KPIs.
  • Manages all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, Adwords and display advertising, remarketing/retargeting and sets measurable marketing goals.
  • Monitors campaigns and traffic performance, liaises with digital marketing agencies and presents monthly reports to the Marketing Director.
  • Manages media spend against set awareness/conversion targets and makes recommendations for sharper customer targeting and engagement.
  • Sets up and deploys email marketing communications to Obrela client database, monitors performance, conducts A/B testing for continuous improvement and makes recommendations for greater effectiveness.
  • Monitors CRM data health, proposes ways to ensure customer opt-in to marketing and acts as marketing champion for GDPR compliance.
  • Monitors the lead process and sources to meet with the business objectives.
  • Monitor automation tools for marketing processes and sales operations.
  • Ability to support visually and content wise on the digital marketing campaigns proposed.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Marketing. Additional courses in digital marketing such as Google, HubSpot or similar providers are highly valued
  • 3-5 years solid experience in Digital Marketing in multinational corporations, preferably in cyber security or technology industries with B2B experience in similar roles
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Ad Manager, LinkedIn Business, Meta Business Suite and other social media business platforms
  • Familiarity with coding will be considered a bonus
  • Fluency in English with proven record or English copies for media
  • Experience in marketing platforms, e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot and email marketing engines e.g. Mailchimp Power BI etc.
