Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Associate - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and helpful responses.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Assist customers in understanding products and troubleshooting challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is advantageous.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
