Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content to ensure alignment with established community standards and policies.
• Assist users by responding to inquiries about content moderation and community guidelines.
• Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content, escalating issues when necessary.
• Analyze content submission trends to enhance moderation strategies and user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community guidelines and user support systems.
• Document moderation actions, maintaining comprehensive records for evaluation and reporting.
• Engage in training programs to stay updated on best practices and tools for effective content moderation.

• Fluency in Estonian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Understanding of online community dynamics and standards for user content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy.
• Familiarity with moderation tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
