Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via instant messaging across various social media platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist users in troubleshooting issues related to their social media accounts and facilitate effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information related to products and services to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage actively with users to foster a friendly and interactive online community.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and service delivery.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to ensure relevant and informed assistance.

• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or social media support is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and instant messaging tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
