Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronics products, features, and technical support.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on product usage and troubleshooting methods.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the service experience and address customer needs.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic products and basic technical knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
