Job Description - Front Office Agent

White Pearl Hospitality Group is a premier tourism enterprise committed to delivering outstanding customer service and crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. We proudly operate several luxury properties in Santorini, including White Pearl Villas, White Pearl Cavalieri, Elysian Santorini, and Elysian Retreat, along with sister establishments like Luno Cafe in Oia, Lefkes Restaurant in Finikia, Above Bistro in Imerovigli, and Lucky 8 Sunreef Power Catamaran. These offerings further enhance the experience of our clientele.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our team for the upcoming 2025 season (April-October) in Santorini. As a Front Office Agent, you will represent the first point of contact for our guests and are crucial in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle reservations and manage inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Promote in-house and sister properties' services and facilities.
  • Ensure the front desk area is welcoming and organized.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a seamless guest experience.
  • Previous experience as a front office agent or in a customer service role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
