We are currently looking for a German Speaking Video Streaming Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users experiencing issues with video streaming services.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to video playback, account issues, and subscription inquiries.
• Guide users through product features and functionalities to maximize their streaming experience.
• Document and track user interactions, ensuring all issues are resolved and reported accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to better support customers.
• Deliver feedback and insights regarding user experiences to help inform product enhancements.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital media or streaming industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with video streaming technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and knowledge of support ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
