Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues involving software, hardware, and network systems.
• Guide customers through problem-solving processes, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Document customer interactions and accurately record the resolutions of technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and optimize the customer experience.
• Offer insights on common technical challenges to help improve support processes.

• Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Technical proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and networking principles.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company.
