Italian Speaking Customer Advisor for iGaming - Remote in Greece

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing exceptional support related to our online gaming services. Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high level of service.
• Respond to customer questions regarding gaming products, account issues, and promotional offers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay current on industry trends and product developments to provide informed assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or related industries.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
• Strong interest in the gaming industry and a commitment to delivering top-quality customer service.
