Responsibilities

• Offer exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding various financial products and services.
• Assist with customer inquiries, transaction support, and resolution of issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Staying up-to-date with financial products, policies, and market trends to provide informed assistance.
• Collaborate with other departments remotely to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
