Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service options, fare details, and company policies.
• Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to address customer needs efficiently.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Gather customer feedback to support service improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
