We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for Transportation Services, allowing the flexibility of a remote position based in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about customer service and with a strong interest in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service details, pricing, and transportation policies.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive travel experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
• Collaborate with operational teams to address customer needs and enhance service efficiency.
• Inform clients about available services, safety protocols, and any promotional offers.
• Collect customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
• Strong communication skills with a keen customer-focused approach.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
