In this position, you will assist Norwegian-speaking customers by providing support throughout their car rental journey, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Your dedication to excellent service will be key to enhancing our clients' travel experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers to assist with inquiries about car rentals and services.
- Guide clients through the booking process, helping them choose the right vehicle and rental options.
- Promptly address and resolve any customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service enhancement and feedback purposes.
- Work collaboratively with your team to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on rental offerings, local attractions, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement with customers.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
