Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions for technical issues related to products and services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to management regarding processes and customer concerns.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
