Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers regarding our cloud services.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in understanding and effectively using our products and services.
- Thoroughly document all customer interactions and the steps taken to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Participate in continuous training to stay informed about product updates and industry advancements.
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in technical support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
