Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and professional rapport with customers at all times.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high service standards and performance objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

• Native-level fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong passion for customer service and assisting others.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
