Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring top-notch service and support.
- Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and industry trends to better serve clients.
- Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and share best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development initiatives.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken;
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully embrace a new cultural experience.
