Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Assist with questions regarding our luxury jewelry products and services.
• Accurately log customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to deepen your knowledge of our exquisite offerings.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A genuine passion for luxury products and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in a customer support role is advantageous, but not mandatory!
• Strong communication skills with a warm and engaging demeanor.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.
