Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Showroom Consultant who will play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience and showcasing the quality of our products in our new showroom at Larissa. The ideal candidate will leverage his/her customer centric approach, to assist clients in selecting the best solutions regarding architectural aluminium solutions for their projects. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and understanding the client's needs, then our role is for you! Some key character traits that describe they way you work are attention to detail, initiative and ownership.

What about your daily routine?

As Showroom Consultant, you are responsible for informing our showroom visitors about our architect aluminium solutions, products and services by understanding their needs. You are there to provide them a unique customer experience and your advices make a great impact on the final decision. Your daily routine includes both technical and administrative tasks. Your showroom tour begins with a great welcoming and ends with the data entry in CRM. You collaborate with the marketing & sales teams to provide them with leads, i.e. potential customers. Last but not least; you are there to ensure the daily smooth operation of our showroom and its samples (e.g. windows, doors, pergolas, fences etc.).

• Studies in Sales, Marketing & Interior Design or any relevant background will be considered an advantage
• At least 3 years experience in sales, marketing or customer service position
• Experience in the aluminium/construction industry will be appreciated
• Good knowledge of CRM software
• Very good knowledge of the English language and MS Office
• Communication skills, focus on detail, organization skills and adaptability
