  Our client, a luxury hotel in Tokyo is looking for Area Director of Sales & Marketing.   
 
This role will take care of all Sales & Marketing operation and activities of 2 hotels in Tokyo, will lead a team of over 70. 
 
We are looking for a strong DOSM with experience of leading big team and achieving great revnue; 
 
Experience in luxury hotels; 
 
Experience in Japan market preferred, but candidates with other key city experience in Asia are also welcomed; 
 
Great ability to adapt to new environment; 
 
Revenue driving, has good record of achieving outstanding performance in the groups worked before.
