Our client is a global FMCG market leader that produces personal care products.
 
They are looking for an Assistant Retail Environment Manager (Trade Marketing) to create Trade Marketing strategies and implement in-store execution in Open Trade and Key Account channels in Hong Kong.
 
You will participate in developing strategies for category management, pricing promotions, price conflict control, rolling out campaigns according to brand strategies and alignment, etc.
 
Job Descriptions
 
Develop and manage trade strategies for product assortment, pricing, promotion and placement
 
Ensure in-store executive excellence
 
Lead promoter program and ensure consumer experience is maximized
 
Develop effective trade offers, promotions and programs to drive sales and increase market share
 
Optimize in-store display space to maximize sales with strategies and and market insights
 
Proactively research on competitor trends and make action plans correspondingly
 
Requirements
 
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant disciplines
 
3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG, preferably in modern trade
 
Business acumen
 
Strong execution and strategic thinking; good communications and interpersonal skills
 
Good command in Cantonese and English
