Director, Digital Marketing (Upto $1M)

 Our client is a multinational financial services provider and they are now looking for a high calibre who is digital savvy to join their dynamic team in their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing and digital strategy for the Hong Kong Market. 
 
 Key responsibilities 
 
 To plan and implement digital and marketing strategies in Hong Kong 
 
 To work closely with other marketing departments on identifying the right approach of programs, performance analysis and performance optimization recommendation 
 
 To handle all social media platforms and help to drive content initiatives 
 
 To collaborate with IT department to develop digital solutions 
 
 To handle budget effectively to achieve business results in a cost-effective way 
 
 To keep track on emerging trends and other digital competitive initiatives 
 
 To grow the team as a valuable asset for the company and achieve their career goal 
 
 Key requirement

 
 
 Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing or related disciplines; 
 
 At least 10 years' solid experience in brand management, digital/performance marketing, website, mobile app and online campaign flow development; 
 
 Experience in using major web/app tracking and data analytics tools; 
 
 Ability to drive results and think holistically on digital/ traditional, paid and own channels; 
 
 Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines; 
 
 Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills; 
 
 Candidates with both agency and inhouse background will be an advantage; 
 
 Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
