Responsibilities
- supervising the HR teams in Hong Kong and Mainland to handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition, development and retention
- review pay structure, pay policies, benefits, grade and performance management systems regularly to maintain competitive and effective pay and benefit packages for attracting and retaining quality employees
- ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland for respective policies and procedures and to establish best practices
Requirements
- Degree holders with over 5-8 years human resources experience in Fintech/ Banking / Finance / Insurance background
- experienced in all-round HR functions especially in compensation and benefits
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills
- proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese/Mandarin
