This is a premier bank which continues to invest for growth. It is looking to recruit a dynamic Head of HR, Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Hong Kong CEO and HQ HR, you will develop and implement progressive HR practices and policies which include organisational development, talent management, rewards and performance management initiatives. You will support the business leaders to develop and execute critical HR strategies and programs as the business grows.
You will work in close partnership with senior management and business leaders in identifying business objectives and needs, and translate them to people strategies, priorities and action plans. You will manage full spectrum of human resources operations – talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, succession planning, employee relations, retention and implementing strategic changes. Leading and developing a high performing HR team, you will contribute to the organisation’s strategic thinking and direction through close business engagement and partnership. You will develop people strategies, policies and practices that are in line with organisational objectives and departmental accountability. You will keep abreast with the HR and regulatory developments, assess impact on the business and make appropriate HR interventions. You will comply with local regulatory requirements and standards and Group’s policies and guidelines and partner with the Group HR in aligning HR practices and driving organizational development programs.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or other relevant discipline with at least 15 years’ HR experience including several years in a leadership capacity gained in a progressive and dynamic banking environment. You possess strong partnering, communication and influencing skills. You are driven, client-centric, progressive, credible and strategic. You are a strong people developer and leader, and will thrive in a dynamic business environment.
