HR & Admin Manager (F&B)

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Lead the HR & Admin team to provide full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, office procurement and administration as well as license & insurance renewal and application
Implement and review HR & Admin policies and procedures
Manage HR & Admin budgeting and forecasting
Provide HR & Admin reports for management review
Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
 
  
Degree holder Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of relevant HR & Admin experience with 5 years in middle-managerial grade in F&B/ catering industry
Experienced in overseeing Macau and PRC is an advantage
Strong leadership skills and people skills
Fast-paced with strong multi-tasking skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferred
