Management Trainee/Associate (Financial Services, 15k to 20k)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
 
 
Pursue new business opportunities, while enhancing relationships with existing clients
 
Develop solutions based on client need that effectively articulate and differentiate products value proposition
 
Perform needs analysis with client, utilizing a consultative approach, and recommend solutions that are suitable for the client
 
Respond to client inquiries and concerns. Research and resolve complex customer service issues
 
Develop and maximize growth opportunities through creative business proposals, concepts and relationship management with clients
 
Generate and quality new leads and be resourceful in using multiple approaches to penetrate prospective accounts
 
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
 
A minimum of 1 years of experience; preferably with a focus in sales and business development (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply)
 
Highly driven, dedicated, creative, pragmatic, result-oriented with a can-do attitude
 
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
 
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
 
Ability to work creatively, independently, and be self-motivated
