  Responsibilities:  
 
  
  
  
 
  Develop sales and marketing plan/ strategies, macro/ micro budget and conversion into actionable plans and profit target
  
 
  Responsible for Café/FMCG/Marketing (B2B and B2C) business
  
 
  Responsible for all marketing and product promotions
  
 
  Lead/ Supervise / Train sales & marketing team to achieve/ maximize the regional sales and profit target, ongoing contribution to company morale and success as a key member of management team
  
 
  Efficient manage/ control of company resources including human, capital, A/R, inventory
  
 
  Identify key prospects and marketing opportunities to increase the growth of business and brand image as well
  
 
  Possess ability to open up new national key accounts to capture long term contribution and provide marketing plan, strategic platform for future development
  
  
   Requirements:   
  
 
  Degree holder or above in sales/marketing/related discipline
  
 
  At least 13 years of experience in food and beverage and FMCG sectors of which with at least 6 years in senior management position
  
 
  Proven successful track-record in PRC region market, existing knowledge and contacts in FMCG chain supermarkets and catering market segment such as chain restaurants
  
 
  Experience in brand building and marketing communication
  
 
  Good numeric sense, knowledge of finance/ accounting/ statistics is a plus
  
 
  Mature, self-motivated, passionate to develop new business and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with high target expectations
  
 
  Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese
