About the Company:
 
Our client is a Multinational medical device company and they are currently expending their HK business.
 
They are looking for an HR professional to join their team to look after HR matters for Hong Kong and APAC offices.
 
Job Description:
 
Look after all round HR matters for HK, Australia and Korea, including but not limited to acting as the HRBP and understand the needs of the leaders, recruitment and selection, staff relations, performance management and more
 
Work closely with the external vendors for payroll related matters to ensure it is following the rules and regulations and on a timely manner
 
Manage the insurance renewal – including life and medical insurance
 
Work closely with the team for any regional HR projects / initiatives 
 
Develop suitable HR strategies / programme to support the business needs
 
Assist in ad hoc tasks if needed
 
Skills & Experiences required:
 
University degree in HR Management or a related field
 
At least 8 years of all round HR experience preferably from commercial industry, candidates
 
with relevant regional experience are desired
 
Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
 
Candidate with short notice period will be an advantage
