About our client

Our client is one of the largest multinational consumer good companies in the FMCG sector.
 
They are looking for a Senior Channel Sales Head (in FMCG Modern Trade) in managing key account groups (DF or ASW).
 
You will monitor and build relationship with a Key Account Group by leading a team of Key Account Managers, conduct analysis, strategic planning and execution, as well as to be responsible for brand management. You will be working closely with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, finance, and IS.
 
Job Descriptions
 
Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – i.e. Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spend
 
Building long term partnership with key account groups and ensuring sales promotional guidelines are planned and executed
 
Leading the Key Account Managers by monitoring and providing analysis, managing negotiations and implementing strategies to drive sales and profit growth (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation)
 
Brand building and management for the company
 
Developing new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
 
Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of customer
 
Requirements
 
A minimum of 6-8 years proven track record /Sales Experience with key multinational FMCG companies
 
Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related subject
 
Fast-paced, ambitious with strong negotiation & communications skills
 
Strong Analytical and numerical skills
 
Proficient in MS Office
