  Strategy and Marketing Director – Leading Aviation MNC  
 
Our client, a leading Aviation MNC, is looking for an experienced Strategy and Marketing Director leading the new product strategy and marketing across the Asia market.
 
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Business Intelligent
– Create and conduct market research, data mining and CRM to build regional knowledge base across Asian market
– Develop new products offering strategy to Asian market with deployment strategy, value proposition and related sales and marketing tactics, directly reporting to Asia CEO
– Design strategy on regionalizing products and services that are pertaining to Asian customers
– Developing new local merchant partner for the Asian market
Marketing
– Lead the regional setup of all marketing events and conference
– Manage the localization of printed materials, marketing and promotion tools etc
 
Qualifications:
– 7 – 10 years experience in marketing research, data mining, and new product development
– Bachelor Degree in Business from a reputable University, Master Degree in any discipline is highly preferred
– Prior experience in Travel/Transport/Aviation industry and in marketing communication is preferred
– Experience in preparing proposal and tender bidding document, especially on travel/transport/aviation sector is highly preferred
– Excellent Communications skill in English and Chinese
