Our client is a leading insurance group (Life and GI Insurance), with regional offices in over 50 countries worldwide. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for their Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Strategy Planning position.
 
About the role
 
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop digital marketing strategies to drive insurance product business and brand awareness. You will formulate business strategy and develop roadmap on digital marketing to management on leads generation and customer digital acquisition. You are required to develop digital content on website and manage social media platforms to optimize customer experience. You have to generate web analytics reports by Google Analytics and propose new digital solutions to facilitate management decisions. In addition, you will also take part in UX/UI enhancement and Search Engine Marketing (SEO / SEM) projects to maximize business profits.
 
The successful applicant
 
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
 
University graduate, preferably in Business, E-commerce or other related disciplines.
 
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in digital marketing in insurance with sound strategy planning skills.
 
Strong business sense with excellent insurance knowledge is a must.
 
Keep abreast of current digital marketing trend and track record of content marketing in insurance.
 
Strong business sense and good presentation skills.
 
Skilled at UX / UI design, Google Analytics and other analyzing tools is definitely an advantage.
 
Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
