Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Time Management:
Full ownership of the founder’s schedule, with sharp prioritization and time-blocking for maximum impact.
Implement systems to streamline delegation, email flow, and WhatsApp coordination.
2. Strategic Meeting & Execution Support:
Prepare agendas, track action items, follow through on deliverables, and provide contextual analysis to support faster and better decision-making.
3. Cross-Functional Alignment:
Act as the connective tissue across teams—ensuring alignment, surfacing risks, and identifying gaps in execution early.
4. Project Management:
Take ownership of high-priority initiatives from the founder’s office and drive execution with a bias for outcomes.
5. Communication & External Brand:
Manage the founder’s external communications—LinkedIn content, PR, speaking engagements, podcasts, and outreach.
Ensure professional, strategic correspondence with investors, stakeholders, and partners.
6. Systems & Processes:
Build and document SOPs and playbooks to streamline internal operations and improve information flow.
7. Market & Business Intelligence:
Curate insights from the education and employment ecosystem in Africa and South Asia to inform strategy and decision-making.
8. Confidentiality & Operational Stewardship:
Maintain absolute discretion on sensitive matters and ensure clean documentation of key conversations and decisions.

You’re a Fit If You:
Have 3–5 years of experience supporting founders, CXOs, or senior executives—preferably in startups, edtech, consulting, or social enterprises.
Are a sharp communicator—clear, polished, and confident across written, verbal, and visual communication.
Thrive on structure and bring clarity to ambiguity—you’re organized, proactive, and resourceful.
Have high emotional intelligence and are able to navigate personalities and power dynamics with grace.
Think like an owner—anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through rigorously.
Are passionate about education, employability, or mission-driven work.
