Job Title: Global Operations Executive – Port Agency Division

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, India

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Operations Executive to oversee and manage operations within the Port Agency Division . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of port activities, maintaining high service standards, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage port agency operations, including vessel coordination, port clearance, and cargo handling.
• Liaise with port authorities, customs officials, and other stakeholders to ensure timely operations.
• Provide regular updates to clients on vessel schedules, cargo status, and operational performance.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and service efficiency to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and implement best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, agents, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare reports and analyze operational data to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in port agency services or related maritime operations.
• Strong understanding of port logistics, customs regulations, and maritime documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in operational software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of global shipping trends and practices is a plus.
