Why this job mattersPurpose of the role: Our partners are key for BT Business to grow and protect our revenue through how we leverage the partnership ecosystem. This role is critical to drive a successful relationship with Cisco (all UK and global channels) for our business unit, with responsibility for managing partner programmes, and go-to-market partner funds & incentives. This role to manage end to end partner & marketing fund governance, operations, compliance & reporting/analysis.What I’ll be doing – your accountabilitiesSkills required for the jobMarketing Accountable for administering and managing BT’s technology partner marketing funds across BT.for governance and compliance of partner marketing funds for partner Cisco.adherence to compliance and standard 100% procedures for projects and partner fund management.of executing partner marketing funds with Marketing stakeholdersuncontrolled partner fund slippage and minimize/eliminate negative P& L impact.no fund slippage (0%) during the FY and maintaining funds tracker which is reviewed weekly.fund reconciliation with the finance function, Partner (Cisco) and provide fund insightsfund reporting and analysis – both periodic and in-flight.support and insights for partner funded marketing activities.partner activities are functionally enabled in CRM (Salesforce) visibility of all funds managed and dashboard available for Marketing stakeholders.all partner claims are timely submitted on the partner portals and partner funding is getting reconciled on monthly basisof all claims with CFU finance controller ensuring all partner claims are reimbursedEnablement support CFU on enablement plan, optimum utilization of Cisco learning credits, periodic reporting and manage partner enablement portalportal management Maintain access to partner program, proof of performance (POP) & proof of execution (POE) of partner funded activity and compliance.to the transformation plans aligned to the team for delivering efficiencyand working knowledge of partner governance tools, third party CRM platforms and fund management tools (currently Salesforce).eye for detail, timing and calendarisation / tracking of activitiesand numerical skills for executing a co-funding framework with large global technology organizations.and presentation skills targeted at marketing leadership of the organization.to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (for reporting and data visualization) and Microsoft Powerpoint.communication skills at multiple organisational levels (internally and externally) for governing marketing co-funding submissions and reviews.Excellent relationship-building ability across internal and external stakeholders; ability to make recommendations and communicate for approval.Ability to collaborate with other business units to challenge the BT and Partnership status quo.growth mindset and a clear focus on value creation.Connected leaders behavioursExperience you would be expected to havefocussed achiever:Set high standards for the quality you deliver, clearly outlining expectations for yourself and others.partner:Build open and trusting relationships with colleagues across departments, promoting long-term partnership.thinker: Approach complex, business-critical problems with thought and insight. Qualifications:Understanding of marketing budgets including partner co-funded activity budgets, their impact, governance and associated risks.A Marketing qualification is desirable, but not essential.Typically a degree and post graduate qualification in a related subject, e.G. Business or Marketing.Experience:least 5+ years of experience in technology industry prefrebely in marketing and/or partner management.of business activity monitoring and reporting.depth experience of at least one marketing discipline and a good understanding of the whole marketing mix.have worked with people from other business locations or functions.
