Product Manager

We are seeking a technically savvy, self -driven Product Manager to play a key role in the development and success of our financial technology products. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who can quickly grasp complex concepts and translate them into high -impact solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, API documentation (REST/JSON), wireframes, and system workflows.
  

• Lifecycle Management: Lead features from discovery and data modelling through to deployment and post -launch optimization.
  

• Operational Excellence: Partner with operations to design user -centric workflows that reduce manual effort and operational risk.
  

• Data -Driven Insights: Use SQL and analytics tools to monitor product health, identify friction, and manage technical debt.
  

• Collaboration: Work with engineering to define architecture requirements for resilience and security, ensuring high -quality, timely delivery.
  

• Agile Leadership: Manage the product backlog and ensure effective sprint planning and execution.
  

• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyse business and technical challenges with a keen sense of ownership and "scrappiness."
  

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and discuss system architecture, API schemas, and database structures.
  

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to drive results across engineering, design, data, and business teams.
  

• Execution: Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently in a fast -paced environment.
