QA Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing across applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or equivalent tools.
• Execute and validate API testing using appropriate tools.
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Validate analytics and dashboard data accuracy.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or HPQC.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in release planning, test planning, and test case reviews.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing (Manual + Automation).
• Strong experience in Manual Testing concepts and techniques.
• Expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing.
• Experience in Performance/Load Testing using JMeter.
• Proficiency with Test Management & Defect Tracking tools – Jira, HPQC, Azure DevOps.
• Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Analytics/Dashboard testing domains.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
