Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

1. He is responsible for developing the quality strategy, policies, processes, standards, and systems for a company and its supply chain.

2. Ensure Management Review Meeting conduct as per plan                                                                             

3. Ensure Internal Audit conduct as per plan.                                                                             

4. Arrange for receiving inspection and final inspection of raw materials, bought out items, finished products and outsources process   

5. Material identification and traceability                                                                                     

6. Maintain the drawing master & control files                                                                           

7. Controlling Inspection, measuring and testing equipment                                                                              

8. Review of non – conforming products and customer complaints                                                                                

9. Take the proper CAPA (action) for observed non-conformity product & customer complaints.                                                                                 

10. Input to Management review of the non – conforming products                                                                                

11. Development of procedures, guidelines, work instructions and quality plans for QA department.                                                                                

12. Facilitate the quality system audit                                                                            

13. Maintaining measuring instruments calibration record
