**Job Description:**


Hero MotoCorp is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to support our clients’ needs. As a part-time employee, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing the overall client experience.


**Responsibilities:**


1. **Client Communication:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and accurate information. - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Manage and resolve client complaints effectively, employing problem-solving skills to find appropriate solutions.


2. **Client Relationship Management:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure product satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Gather client feedback and suggestions to relay to product development and marketing teams for improvement.


3. **Documentation and Reporting:** - Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system. - Prepare and submit regular reports on client feedback and performance metrics to management.


4. **Training and Support:** - Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training and guidance on product usage and features. - Develop user guides and resources to enhance client understanding and utilization of our products.


5. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to address client needs and improve service delivery. - Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving client support processes.


6. **Continuous Improvement:** - Actively seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to customer support and ownership experience.


**Requirements:**


- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing support role, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar sector. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
