Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Simplilearn is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a leading online education provider based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, Simplilearn offers a dynamic and innovative working environment that values growth, collaboration, and adaptability. We are looking for a motivated individual who is able to work remotely and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat to assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and feedback. 2. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills and empathy. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product improvements. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 6. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer care processes. 7. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and identifying areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software. 6. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 7. Soft skills in cooperation and persuasion. 8. Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.
