Hilton is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Mumbai. As an entry-level position, this role plays a crucial part in our commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients. ### Key Responsibilities:


1. **Client Interaction:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. - Respond promptly to clients’ questions and concerns, providing accurate and timely information.


2. **Issue Resolution:** - Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Hilton’s services or booking systems. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve client issues effectively.


3. **Documentation:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided using our CRM system. - Regularly update client information and service requests to ensure a seamless customer experience.


4. **Team Collaboration:** - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and insights on client needs and preferences. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client support processes and strategies.


5. **Continuous Learning:** - Stay informed about Hilton’s products, services, and updates to provide clients with the most current information. - Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.


6. **Client Feedback:** - Gather client feedback and insights to help improve service delivery. - Report trends and common issues to management to enhance the overall customer experience.


### Requirements:


**Education & Experience:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in client support or a similar role.


**Technical Skills:** - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Capable of navigating various online platforms and tools efficiently.


**Soft Skills:** - **Teamwork:** Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting and contribute positively to team dynamics. - **Strategic Planning:** Capable of anticipating client needs and developing effective strategies to address potential challenges.


**Personality Traits:** - **Adaptable:** Ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment, adjusting quickly to new information and situations. - **Dedicated:** Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
