**Job Description:**
BYJU'S, a leading global ed-tech company, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As an entry-level position, this role invites candidates who are eager to grow and develop their skills in customer support while contributing positively to our mission of making learning engaging and impactful for students everywhere.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries about products, services, and account details, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. - **Problem Resolution:** Actively listen to customer issues, assess the situation, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary. - **Product Knowledge:** Understand and communicate the features and benefits of BYJU’S products clearly, and assist customers with their queries related to these products. - **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights, and report them to the respective teams to contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and product offerings. - **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. - **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. - **Adherence to Policies:** Follow company policies and procedures for customer service, data protection, and compliance, and contribute to a positive team environment. - **Promotion of Services:** Upsell and promote additional services, products, or features that add value to the customer’s experience when appropriate. - **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training sessions to remain current on product offerings, company policies, and customer service best practices.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent; ongoing or completed higher education is a plus. - **Experience:** Previous experience in customer support or service-related roles is not required but can be an advantage. - **Personality Traits:** - **Confident:** Display confidence in interactions with customers and colleagues, providing clear and accurate information. - **Hardworking:** Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to tasks, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - **Soft Skills:** - **Problem-Solving:** Possess the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing customer issues, finding the best solutions in a timely manner. - **Persuasion:** Ability to influence and guide customers towards productive conversations and decisions, particularly in upselling or promoting services.
