### Job Description
Infosys is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Account Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Support:** Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. Ensure all issues and questions are addressed promptly and effectively. - **Account Management:** Assist in managing customer accounts by updating account information, processing requests, and handling discrepancies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - **Problem Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot customer issues by employing strong analytical skills. Actively work with the team to escalate and resolve complex problems as necessary. - **Data Entry and Documentation:** Accurately input customer data into the company's systems and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Ensure documentation is precise for future reference. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to facilitate a seamless customer experience. Share insights and feedback to improve processes and enhance service quality. - **Reporting:** Assist in compiling and analyzing customer feedback and support metrics. Help in preparing reports that inform team leaders about trends and areas for improvement. - **Continuous Learning:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge related to customer service and account management.
### Requirements
**Education:** - A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Pursuit of a degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, etc.) is a plus.
**Experience:** - No prior experience is necessary, but any customer service or account management experience (internships, volunteer work, etc.) is advantageous.
**Skills:** - **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools. - **Soft Skills:** - **Problem-Solving:** Ability to identify issues and generate creative solutions in real-time. - **Leadership:** Demonstrated capacity to guide and influence as part of a team, even in an entry-level position. **Personality Traits:** - **Driven:** A strong desire to excel and the motivation to achieve targets and goals. - **Dedicated:** Commitment to providing excellent service and support to clients and colleagues.
