### **Requirements:**
- **Experience:** - A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a support or administrative role. - Proven experience in providing top-tier customer service. - **Education:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred. - **Skills:** - **Research Skills:** Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize findings into actionable plans. - **Project Management:** Experience with project management principles and tools. - **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM systems, project management software, and MS Office Suite. - **Personality Traits:** - Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work independently. - Confident in communication and capable of engaging with different stakeholders effectively.
- **Soft Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Adaptability to change and maintaining a positive attitude during challenges.
