Freelancer - Quality Assurance Dairy

The candidate should study the organoleptic profile that we provide of a jar of ghee, and oversee the manufacturing process such that it maintains the same quality/organoleptic profile as the sample. During production, take samples from the start, middle as well as the end of the production cycle and check if these samples at different stages of production meet the requirements mentioned in the organoleptic profile. 

The potential candidate needs to have food technology background, absolute important requirement is that they have experience in QC within the dairy segment of the food chain.
