Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to join our Core Business Support -Global Financial Services Division.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Hosur-BCP

The incumbent will be an essential partner and financial advisor to the Facility Manager of our Small Drivetrain Facility in Hosur, India. You will manage a team of 4 within the Business Resource Team in Hosur and provide financial leadership to facility operations. You and your team will support the facility Operations Team in terms of Financial Planning & Analysis, Costing, Transfer Pricing, Capital deployment and decision analysis for sourcing/new product introduction/new source introduction. You & your team will provide support to Legal Entity requirements from a Business Unit perspective for Treasury forecasts, Division level Legal Entity profitability review for direct tax, Indirect Tax Compliance, Trade Compliance requirements, ITP/ITC functions. This role also provides financial support to Global Team for OEM Business Commercials, Pricing, Aftermarket and Cost & Decision analysis for OEM Customers. Your team will also manage the end-end Financial Planning & Analysis for the OEM Business of Small Drivetrain and report the financial results to the BCP Leadership Team.
