Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Research Roadmap Staff

Job Descriptions

Research Technical Operation :

  • Handle administration and operations process for activities in research grant area 
  • Conduct update data and maintenance of Research Database
  • Maintain update data and record of research activities conducted by Faculty Member (FM)
  • Conduct administration and operations process as well as final report submission
  • Conduct arrangement for various activities in research grant area (e.g., Monev presentation) 
  • Assist the arrangement and data preparation for meeting
  • Ensure compliance of all research proposal and process with valid rules and regulations

Research Grant Process and Administration :

  • Handle Research Grant request and administration process (e.g., Proposal, Contract/MoU, Final Report)
  • Organize research grant request process from Faculty Member (e.g., research proposal request, final report and other document needed for External Research Grant)

Data & Reporting:

  • Arrange monthly report for related activities in research technical area
  • Provide data information and report for Audit activity (e.g., Borang Accreditation)
  • Conduct data entry related to various research data and activities 
  • Support academic department with research data to support research activities in BINUS University
  • Provide data to facilitate networking process (e.g. getting contacts, sending letters and info, communicating information)

Research Management System :

  • Provide information and guidance for Faculty Member related to research management system
  • Participate in research management system development to improve effectiveness and efficiency the activity of research administration (e.g., provide required data)

Management Support Activities:

  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement: 

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)

Work Exposure/ Experience: 

  • No working experience

Special Skill :

  • Administration Skill
